Buima Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Buima"; Stock Code: 5543) is actively expanding the momentum of the Group's green energy business. Buima Energy, in collaboration with its subsidiary Quantums Energy, officially unveiled two major new product technologies at the 2025 Taipei Cycle Show: the "minica Smart Dual-Drive Logistics Bicycle" and the "CBS Three-Wheel Synchronous Braking System." The company also showcased its optical-storage-charging energy solution, the B.E.S.T (Buima Energy Storage Tile) Energy Storage Wall. Buima stated that it is actively expanding agency cooperation for the B.E.S.T system in Taiwan and other countries to advance the progress of demonstration sites and boost order intake. Regarding the new "minica Smart Dual-Drive Logistics Bicycle" and "CBS Three-Wheel Synchronous Braking System," clients in Denmark, the UK, Portugal, and Switzerland are currently conducting complete vehicle verification. Further business negotiations are underway, with opportunities for official shipments to begin successively in the second half of this year, thereby increasing the Group's overall sales performance.

With the global transition to renewable energy becoming imperative and the trend of EV charging ubiquity, Buima’s B.E.S.T (Buima Energy Storage Tile) product can store solar green energy to improve renewable energy utilization rates. Through power dispatch functions, it optimizes energy management with peak-shaving and valley-filling capabilities, reducing electricity costs and alleviating grid load. Furthermore, the system supports real-time backup, providing stable power during outages or sudden load spikes to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

On the other hand, in response to the proliferation of electric vehicles (EVs), Buima offers solutions for EV charging stations. The Buima Energy Storage Wall system effectively addresses pain points such as space limitations, short construction periods, ease of installation, lower construction costs compared to current supercharging stations, long power application timelines, and difficulties in acquiring land. Its modular design allows for voltage boosting via series/parallel connections to flexibly adapt to different voltage requirements. By utilizing high-efficiency DC power supply technology, it improves the energy conversion efficiency of charging piles, achieving fast charging and low-energy consumption operation. It is widely applicable to smart grids, EV infrastructure, and enterprise energy management. Currently, the Energy Storage Wall system has achieved strong business track records in Taiwan and Japan, and the company has received multiple inquiries for cooperation on distributed energy storage wall applications, which is expected to boost green energy business momentum.

Wu Chi-hung, General Manager of Quantums Energy, stated that the company has accumulated sales of over 160,000 sets of three-electric system integrations (Battery, Motor, Controller) and over 100,000 sets of automatic electronic shifters to regions including the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. In recent years, the company has actively transformed from a manufacturer of bicycle electric systems to a designer of complete electric logistics bicycle solutions. Quantums Energy has developed key core technologies for smart bicycles, including: AI electronic automatic shifting, CBS (Combined Braking System), three-wheel synchronous braking systems, smart dual-drive controllers, high-safety Battery Management Systems (BMS), BB mid-drive motors, and after-sales service management platforms. All products comply with EU safety regulations EN15194, EN/ISO13849, and EN50604.

The Buima Group is dedicated to expanding its green energy business landscape this year. Since 2024, Energy Storage Wall system application sites have been successively installed and brought online in Taiwan and Japan. The product has obtained European safety testing reports, and the company is actively applying for Japanese JIS safety certification. Simultaneously, Buima is expanding order plans to the Netherlands, Ecuador, the UK, Germany, and the United States. The company continues to optimize production management for the Energy Storage Wall to accelerate the product's entry into the mass production stage, aiming to create positive operational results for the future.
