If your Energy Storage System isn't working as expected, most issues can be solved with the steps below. For smoke, fire, heat, or a burning smell, follow the Emergency section first.

See smoke or fire, smell burning, or notice the unit is very hot, swelling, or leaking? Do not touch the system. Evacuate and call your local emergency number

Emergency & safety

Smoke, fire, or burning smell
Evacuate everyone immediately. Don't fight a battery fire yourself. Call your local emergency number, then notify us.
Water or flood exposure
Don't touch the unit or cables. If safe, cut power at the main breaker from a dry spot and contact us before any restart.
